			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the middle of all this Oscar blogging, I had a mind to play nethack, but discovered that I didn&#8217;t appear to have a copy on my machine (?), so I do an <span style="font-family:courier new;">apt-get install nethack</span> and discover that somehow I&#8217;ve interrupted a <span style="font-family:courier new;">dpkg &#8211;configure</span> (run by apt-get) and now it looks like my linux system is going to have to do some major installation stuff which may or may not kill my linux box. And as that&#8217;s my conduit to the outside world, this is&#8230; troubling.</p>
<p>Well, let&#8217;s hope for the best&#8230;</p>
