I have bought a "Bike Computer"
07.31.04 | Permalink | 2 CommentsIt is 4.74 miles from work to RPC, and it took me just over 3o minutes to bike it. That’s an average speed of 9.48 miles per hour. My top speed (going down a hill, wheee!) was 27 miles per hour.

Cycled all the way from Town to my place, including over The Junction Of Evil, without stopping! Haha!
Although I must have been pretty pathetic if a couple of weeks of cycling has made this much improvement… -

Legs of Iron!
Well, legs of slightly-more-set-jelly-than-before, anyway. On the way back from work, I found myself getting up hills that previously I’d had to abandon to walking, or finding myself on LeftGear 2 instead of LeftGear 1.
Maybe 6pm is my peak cycling time? -

Well, went to Asda, but didn’t buy an iron from them – all their cheap ones were out of stock – again! And I don’t see why I should pay £14 for an iron… They had TVs, but didn’t deliver, so I left that, too.
