I know some hold that the decade doesn’t end until 2011, but in my opinion, if the tens digit clicks over, it’s a new decade! So here’s hoping that 2010 is a good one, and the ‘teens treat you well!
It finally got around to snowing around my place, having started in England before Scotland, which is just wrong. It wasn’t snowing when I left work in Glasgow, and I snoozed on the bus home (I was actually worried I’d missed my stop), and when I woke up everything was different…

I finally deployed my Live Catch Trip Trap Mouse Trap, as you’re supposed to check it every two hours, and this is really the first time since I bought it that I’d actually have the time to relocate the mouse should one turn up in it.

Punch line: I’m fine. Some stuff got taken.
Current status: My door has been fixed, and should be stronger than it was. The door frame has been replaced, and reinforced with metal. They took my graphics tablet (grr!), one of my monitors, a laptop, [...]
I’ve taken delivery of a new desk, which means I now have enough space to bring my graphics tablet out of hiding. I’m hoping that this will mean I actually do some artwork occasionally…
The old desk is going back into the spare room, to be my (theoretical) physical art station.
