I did A Bit Poo today. I could claim that I spent a lot of time cleaning the oven (which was resistant both to Mr. Muscle Oven Cleaner and Fairy Power Spray), and also testing the carpet cleaner on a hiden bit of carpet, for a proposed carpet cleaning expedition. Plus, the weekly shop. And, uh, The Two Towers on Channel 4. And, um, yeah.
I did manage 1k (which is the utter dregs for me, these days), so it wasn’t a complete disaster. More of an incomplete disaster. I just came down with a severe case of Knackered.
So, let’s see if I can recharge the batteries; I really need to get some words in during the rest of the week.

Why are you doing Housework?. The whole point of being a creative artists is to have an excuse for living like a slob.
This sounds like avoidance behaviour to me.
I got an official note from my landlord. Personally, I don’t think the carpet was that bad, although it has to be said the oven was rather frightening.
Fair Enough. Survival is allowed – the writer must protect his/her garret against all manner of folk.
I have to say, I was a bit surprised by the housekeeping foray, but it makes sense now! I’ll try not to imagine what one’s carpet has to look like to warrant an official note from one’s landlord!! (Mind you, I don’t even have any carpet, so I get off easy!)
